Summary of eHow articles for May

Taos, cultivated and uncultivated

I spent some time this spring in Taos, NM. There the cultivated and the uncultivated were both in full bloom. This is what kept me busy for eHow this month.

Another job resource

I posted Looking for a web design job? the other day to let the readers know that I’ve added a job widget to the site. Another job resource you might be interested in is on Twitter–oh so modern, isn’t it?. The Twitter name is hotstartupjobs and would be good to follow if 1) you’re looking for a job, or 2) you’re training students who will soon be in the job market.

Actually, if you’re training students who will soon be in the job market, keeping an eye on the job widget on this site could be informative, too.

Something for instructors to think about. Are any employers looking for workers who only know how to create a page using a table layout? Are any employers looking for workers who don’t know much about CSS? Are any employers looking for workers who can’t build an accessible site?

Looking for a web design job?

I just added a widget to the sidebar that will show the job feed for web design jobs from 37signals.com job board. The job board also has a feed for programming jobs, miscellaneous jobs, business jobs, and copywriting jobs.

I made the widget using Widgetbox, which quickly makes all sorts of widgets free.

I hope this new job listing in the sidebar will be of benefit to you readers out there in web design land.
