   Watching this video is really frustrating for me as a business owner. We desperately need agressive women who are willing to take on leadership roles but no matter how much we reassure them, they psyche themselves out where, over the course of 5 years, we only have 3 women who have figured out how much that they are valued and welcomed in the company. Most of the time women are far too negative and have sabotaged themselves before they even give it a chance to work.
