WEFT was, in my opinion, a waste of effort! I have implemented the code suggested by FontSquirrel in their
TestKit and it works fine in IE!!

My apologies, for not letting you know, but I have solved the problem, as you presumed by using JavaScript - Many thanks for your time and attention - as regards my original query, I am studying WEFT by Microsoft - "...if the mountain won't come to Mohammed..."

Popups like that are usually done with JavaScript. If you view the source of your main page, you see some onload functions that probably contain the code you're looking for. I'm not a JavaScript person, so that's about the extent of what I can tell you.

Dear Virginia, this is almost certainly not the place to ask a question, but not having found another, here goes...
I have a "floating image link", embedded by Comm100 on my site (http://bespoke-webwork.com), which you'll see should you pay a visit. I've asked them for the code, as I want to emulate what it does, to a degree, in order to advertise my Bilingual Website service. Unfortunately, my contact at Comm100 was not instrumental in the setup of the feature and cannot help me. Do you perhaps know of such code already in existence and freely available?

I downloaded IE 8 and still it won't render!? Personally I'm completely disenchanted with the way MS do not cooperate with popular innovation that is not of their own making.

Good question, Jim. If you are using the latest version of IE, the Google information on embedding fonts claims it should work.
