You and Your Stylesheet

I gave a talk in the Geek Lab at BlogHer09 today. I had 30 minutes to talk about basic CSS for beginners. People with a blog who wanted to know a little about how to change their stylesheets. How do you decide how much you can say in 30 minutes?
