I don't know how much freedom you have with photo placement, or how easy it is, but a lot of people like it as something similar to Tumblr. If you look at my posts on eHow at http://www.ehow.com/members/veesites-articles.html, you'll find several more "how to build a free website" type articles about other tools in addition to Weebly. I have my own domane name and hosting. Was using tumblr but I have to put the photos where the predesigned templates ask you to put them. I thought weebly would be my answer. I want (i) a free bog site like tumblr but easy to use like weebly. My friend has an Apple (things are so easy) (ii) I will purchase software if not too expensive. I am not a commercial enterprise.
