I can make some suggestions, if you tell me a bit more about how you intend to use Dreamweaver and what your learning style is. By that, I mean, do you want practice files, do you prefer just to read and experiment?

I like the Visual Quick Start book from Peachpit Press. It goes through most things step by step, but doesn't include the database side of things.

I reviewed <a href="http://www.webteacher.ws/2007/07/15/review-dreamweaver-cs3-the-missing-manual/" rel="nofollow">The Missing Manual</a> book for Dreamweaver here. More complete, but no practice files on a CD.

Hope that helps, but if you can give me more info, I may have a better idea.

Re-learning Dreamweaver CS3 haven't used it in a few years and need a comprehensive book but not too overwhelming, something for the novice to begin a abse with, any recommendations? The reviews out there are really hard to tell the experience level when rating. Thnx.
